About Nall Hills
Nall Hills is a Homes Association located in Overland Park, Kansas and is made up of 1270 single family homes. We are located very close to the Sprint Campus. We are bordered on the north by 95th Street, south by Indian Creek, east by Nall and west by Glenwood.
Nall Hills Homeowners Association was formed in 1956 when construction of our neighborhood had just begun. We have grown from the initial 64 homes to over 1270 homes. Nall Hills sponsors a spring baseball league for boys and girls age 6 to 14.
Nall Hills Homes Association adheres to all property restrictions in effect for Overland Park, Kansas. There are no additional restrictions specific to Nall Hills. Please feel free to call our office if you have any questions. The Nall Hills Homes Association will provide you with general information regarding Overland Park's public restrictions. Enforcement of these restrictions is the responsibility of the city, not the homes association itself. You may also contact Overland Park's Community Services office at 895-6370.
Included as part of your annual dues payment is one trash pickup per week, please refer to the Trash and Recycling tab for additional details.
Nall Hills Home Owners
Nall Hills Homes Association homeowners, send us an e-mail with your name and address. We will get your e-mail address from the e-mail and add it to our database. We are hoping to send out newsletters via e-mail to cut on mailing costs (which are pretty high for 1270 homes). Our Annual Meeting is Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, in the Multi-Purpose Room of Indian Woods Middle School, 97th & Woodson. Every homeowner in Nall Hills is encouraged to attend.
