Trash Collection:
Effective 1/1/09, L&K Services, Inc. will be the new trash and voluntary curbside recycling provider for the Nall Hills Homes Association.
As a reminder, the annual dues you are required to pay each year cover your weekly trash pickup in Nall Hills. Please see the attached letter from L&K for additional information.
Trash Pickup days:
Tuesday: for residents between 95th Street and Indian Creek Drive and East side of Horton/Outlook East to Nall. Tuesday pickup will also include south of 103rd between Walmer and Nall.
Wednesday: for residents between 95th street and the north side of 103rd and between Glenwood and the west side of Outlook.
Holidays observed by L&K (pickup day will be one day later if your pickup day falls on or after the holiday during the week): New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
Limits: only 8 bags of household waste (3 x 30 gallon containers) and 8 bags or bundles of yard waste per week (see attachment for additional details, item #2)
Curbside Recycling: (Wednesday Pickup Only) Curbside recycling is not included as part of your annual dues, since this is a voluntary participation program only. If you are interested in recycling, please contact L&K Services at 1-888-837-4640 to sign up. For 2010 cost is now only $3.00 per month or $36.00 per year (reduced from $42.00 in 2009), billed directly to you and not to the Homes Association. Please read the attached list of acceptable and unacceptable recycle items from L&K Services.
Free Glass Recycling Options:
Even though glass recycling is NOT part of the curbside recycling program for our neighborhood, there are convenient glass recycling drop-off locations available to all of us for recycling our glass items. Here is a list of the nearest glass recycling locations:
